Moneysupermarket.com has launched an updated version of its home insurance comparison website.
The firm has enhanced its home insurance search features, something it says will help people find the best combination of price and cover for them.
Andy Leadbetter, managing director of insurance at the company, said: Increasingly customers are looking to purchase a value for money product - this might not be the cheapest, but the policy which offers them the best combination of price and features.
Moneysupermarket.com's home insurance comparison service is completely independent and is not backed by a specific firm, he added.
According to Mr Leadbetter, this is why the home insurance website is so popular among consumers.
Yesterday, Sainsbury's Home Insurance urged more policy providers to offer no-claims bonuses .
It stated that although almost all car insurance firms offer the incentive, 26 per cent of home insurance companies do not.
According Neil Laird, spokesperson for the home insurance firm, there is no reason why the incentive should not be offered.
