A new home insurance policy aimed at women is about to be launched.
Sheilas' Wheels has announced it is to branch out from next month and will offer home insurance as well as car insurance .
The company says that while the home insurance policy has been designed to appeal strongly to women it will also be available to men.
Its home insurance policy is set to include features such as new-for-old cover on clothes, alternative accommodation in the event of lost utilities and unlimited buildings insurance as standard.
There will also be a 15 per cent discount for those taking out their home insurance online .
Jacky Brown, spokeswoman for Sheilas' Wheels home insurance, said: "We've made sure that we know what women want when it comes to home insurance and understand the concerns and priorities of today's modern woman - whether they're single, a wife, a partner or a mother."
Sheilas' Wheels is a division of esure and was launched in 2004.
